Leave the cities busy street below and join Toni for a Vinyasa Flow class that will leave you with a sense of focus and strength in your body as well as in your mind.
The class includes dynamic flows of asanas (postures) guided by your breath as well as pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation practices. Strength and flexibility are build up slowly from gentler postures to more advanced ones. Modifications of the postures are given to adjust the practice according to your individual needs. The practice finishes with a calming sequence and a final relaxation/meditation.
Weekly flows align on the same topic. Mondays classes are more beginner-friendly including more extensive instructions. On tuesdays we will extend the practice and add a few more advanced postures. Join both classes to dive deeper into your practice and to observe your own process or choose according to your specific needs.
All levels are welcome. Experience is recommended for the tuesday class. Please bring your own mat/towel/blanket to practice on and a bottle of water.
